Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure a smooth experience. Arriving late may limit your treatment time, as we aim to provide timely service for all guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior. We will provide you robe, slippers, and a private locker for your personal belongings. Please do not bring jewelry and other valuables.

Treatments are reserved especially for you. Please provide a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid a full treatment cancellation charge. A 24-hour notice is also requested for package reservations.

Spa services are available to guests 18 years and older. Facials are available to guests ages 13 and 17 with a parent’s signed permission. Our spa is an adults-only environment.

When you call for a reservation, please tell our spa concierge if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, allergies, or any other conditions we should know about.

For your convenience, an 18% service charge is added to all services. This helps us ensure our dedicated staff is fairly compensated for their excellent service.

To preserve the tranquility of the spa environment, please no children are allowed without any services. Also, refrain from using cell phones and mobile devices while inside the spa.

Our 60-minute appointment includes 50 minutes of dedicated service and 10 minutes for intake and changing. This ensures you receive the full benefit of your treatment while allowing time for preparation and transition.

Our 90-minute Relaxation Massage includes 80 minutes of soothing massage and 10 minutes for intake and changing. This ensures you enjoy the full benefit of your treatment while allowing time for preparation and transition.
