I believe in holding space for those who wish to heal their body, mind and spirit. I find fulfillment in helping individuals with their wellness goals through relaxing and restorative bodywork. After graduating from Pacific College of Health and Science I had opportunities working with athletes, performers and other healthcare professionals. In my free time I enjoy painting, gardening and connecting with nature.
